Delectari Scientia provides educational support and tutoring services only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Delectari Scientia does not award accredited qualifications, national certificates, diplomas, or degrees.
You may use Delectari Scientia if you are at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18 and have permission from your parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians remain responsible for monitoring the use of Delectari Scientia by minors.
Some services require you to register an account. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, notify us immediately of unauthorised access, and keep your contact details up to date. You remain responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Payments for paid services are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers (currently PayFast), or by direct bank transfer with proof of payment reviewed by our team. Delectari Scientia does not collect or store your debit or credit card details. Access to paid content is granted only after successful payment confirmation. Prices displayed on the website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated. Because Delectari Scientia provides digital educational services, no physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, learners receive access through their learner dashboard, email, secure download links, scheduled online sessions, or video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom. Learners are expected to attend lessons punctually, behave respectfully, participate appropriately, and avoid disruptive behaviour. Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. Recordings are intended only for enrolled learners.
All content made available through Delectari Scientia — videos, presentations, study notes, worksheets, assessments, graphics, branding, logos, website content, and downloadable resources — remains the intellectual property of Delectari Scientia unless otherwise stated. You may use these materials only for your own personal educational purposes. You may not sell them, upload them elsewhere, copy them commercially, share paid resources publicly, or reproduce them without written permission.
You agree not to share your login details, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the platform, upload malicious software, harass tutors or learners, impersonate another person, misuse communication features, or infringe intellectual property rights. We aim to provide reliable access to our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect access. Where practical, we will communicate planned maintenance in advance.

However, individual academic performance depends on many factors, including attendance, effort, prior knowledge, study habits, and assessment conditions.
