Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This policy sets out what's expected of everyone using Delectari Scientia — students, parents/guardians, and tutors — so the platform stays safe and useful for everyone. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Account and access
- Don't share your login details with anyone else, or use someone else's account.
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account, course content you haven't paid for, or any part of Delectari Scientia's systems.
- Don't try to bypass payment gating, enrollment checks, or content locks.
2. Course content and materials
- Don't redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or commercially copy paid course materials, recordings, worksheets, or resources.
- Don't use downloaded materials for anything beyond your own personal study.
- Don't scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to systematically extract content from the platform.
3. Live classes and communication
- Attend live sessions punctually and participate respectfully.
- Don't record, screenshot, or redistribute a live class beyond what Delectari Scientia itself provides as an official recording.
- Don't use messaging, live class chat, or any communication feature to harass, bully, threaten, or share inappropriate content with tutors or other learners.
- Don't impersonate a tutor, staff member, or another learner.
4. Technical misuse
- Don't upload malicious software, attempt to disrupt the platform's availability, or interfere with other users' access.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack Delectari Scientia's systems. If you believe you've found a genuine security issue, please report it responsibly via the Support page rather than exploiting it — see our Security page.
5. Consequences
Violating this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on severity, at Delectari Scientia's discretion. Serious misuse (such as fraud, harassment, or attempts to compromise the platform's security) may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Reporting a concern
If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this policy, please let us know via the Support page with as much detail as you can share.
