Delivery Policy

Delectari Scientia is a fully digital platform — there are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped. This page explains how and when you get access to what you've paid for.

1. How access is delivered

• Course content and resources — unlocked directly on your learner dashboard as soon as payment is confirmed.
• Live classes and 1:1 tutoring — a session link (typically Google Meet or Zoom) appears on your dashboard ahead of the scheduled time, and is also sent by email/WhatsApp where those details are on file.
• Downloadable resources — accessible for download directly from the relevant lesson or the library once unlocked.
• Certificates or completion records, where offered for a specific course, become available on your dashboard once the course's completion requirements are met.

2. Delivery timing

Payments by card via PayFast are confirmed automatically and access is usually granted within seconds to a couple of minutes. Payments by bank transfer require an admin to review your uploaded proof of payment — this is manual, so allow up to 24 hours (usually much faster) before access appears.

3. If access doesn't appear

If you've paid and don't see access after the timeframes above, first check your dashboard is showing you're logged into the same account you paid with. If it's still missing, contact us via the Support page with your payment reference (PayFast transaction id, or the date/amount of your bank transfer) and we'll investigate and unlock access once confirmed.

4. No physical shipping

Delectari Scientia does not sell or ship any physical products, textbooks, or printed materials. Any reference to "delivery" on this site refers to digital access only.
